Does this indoor camera support 5Ghz Wi-Fi?

No, it only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection.If you have a dual-band WiFi network, please make sure the camera is connected to the 2.4Ghz channel.

Where and how can I insert the SD card？

SD card needs to be purchased separately. The SD card slot is located under the camera lens. Please turn the camera up, then insert a up to 128GB SD card into the card slot with the metal side up.

The SD card is inserted, but the camera is unable to record videos locally?

1) Please check if the SD card is properly inserted into the camera.

2) Check if the “recording settings” option is enabled in the recording settings menu, located in the camera settings.

3) To view local recordings, please use the playback function.

Are they battery cameras? What range of supply voltages does this camera support?

No. They are powered by the Type-C cable. Owltron security camera support 100~240V.

Is this home security camera wireless?

This indoor surveillance camera offers wireless WiFi connectivity, “wireless” does not mean cordless, the camera should be plugged into a power outlet before connecting.
